This warranty begins on the date your project is finished and applies to the original purchaser only. It is non-transferable. Because Window Screen Guys does not manufacture the materials or products we install, our warranty covers workmanship only—not the actual screen materials or products used in the installation.

Any issues related to product defects may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you’d like more details, we’re happy to provide you with manufacturer warranty information upon request.

If you ever have a concern about the quality or workmanship of your installation, please reach out to Window Screen Guys within one year of your project’s completion. Our team is committed to assessing and resolving any workmanship-related issues quickly and professionally.

How to File a Warranty Claim
