At Window Screen Guys, we take pride in providing top-quality screen solutions and outstanding customer service for every home and business we serve. As a locally owned and operated company, our reputation is built on trust, craftsmanship, and care.We stand behind our work and want every customer to feel confident in their investment. That's why Window Screen Guys offers a limited one-year warranty on workmanship for all completed services, plus an extended 5-year warranty on our screen frames.

Workmanship Warranty (1 Year)
This warranty begins on the date your project is finished and applies to the original purchaser only. It is non-transferable. If you ever have a concern about the quality or workmanship of your installation, please reach out to Window Screen Guys within one year of your project's completion. Our team is committed to assessing and resolving any workmanship-related issues quickly and professionally.

‍Frame Warranty (5 Years)
We also warranty our screen frames for up to 5 years from the date of installation against bending or breaking under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by storms or severe weather, impacts or accidents, pets, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

‍Manufacturer Defects
Examples of manufacturer defects include mesh that tears or separates straight out of installation, or a frame that arrives warped from the factory.If you notice a manufacturer defect within the first 15 days of installation and provide proof (photos, description, or the issue itself), we will repair or replace the affected material or product at no cost to you. Hardware failing immediately is not covered under this 15-day provision. Beyond 15 days, product defects may still be covered under the manufacturer's own warranty—we're happy to provide manufacturer warranty information upon request, and our team will help facilitate that claims process with the manufacturer on your behalf.

‍What Voids This Warranty
This warranty does not apply if the issue results from DIY repairs, unauthorized modifications, or servicing performed by anyone other than Window Screen Guys.

‍How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your project may qualify for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

‍Contact Us: Within 30 days of discovering an issue, reach out to us at contact@windowscreenguys.com or call 480.771.6091. You can also file directly at screens-2-go.com/claim-file.

‍Provide Documentation: Share your project details, including the date of completion, service address, and a copy of your invoice or receipt.

‍Describe the Issue: Let us know what the problem is and include photos or other supporting documentation if possible.

‍Allow Time for Review: Our team will inspect the issue and determine the appropriate next steps to ensure the matter is resolved properly.
